Traded in my old Ford Escape and got into a 2020 Chevy Equinox. Trade value was actually fair which surprised me. Nik explained everything straight, no games.

Drove almost an hour because I saw a 2017 Mercedes C300 online. Was half expecting it to not be as nice in person but it actually was. Test drove it, felt right. Nikolay handled financing and took time to explain things without rushing me. That part usually stresses me out but it didn’t here.
